Barriere, BC - Timberco: Timbers & Cants
Micromill: The Micromill is a compact saw box and combines a four head chipping process with double arbor rip sawing. The unique design allows the mill to be easily configured to various products.
The mill utilizes small (4”-13”) logs to produce four sided cants and timbers 8’-20’ in length. Designed to produce 30-40mfbm per day, the mill is easily adapted for customer specific orders.
The Residual Fibre produced is ideal for fuel-stock for bio-energy systems and wood pellet producers.
Kamloops, BC - Truelog Manufacturing: Specialty Log & Timbers
Truelog facilities produce a variety of specialty log and timber products for commercial and residential applications. Truelog operates 2 milling operations.
Bandmill: The bandmill provides breakdown services for large and specialty cut timbers and cant products. With a maximum capacity of 36” diameter / 60’ length logs, the mill offers a “long length advantage” for unique (commercial, industrial and residential) product applications.
Log Dowel Processing: The dowel processing center transforms rough sawn timbers into uniform - high quality log dowels.
Log dowels can be produced in various (8” - 18”) diameters depending on the required application. Common applications include residential and commercial construction. Specialty equipment offers customized product options such as notching.
